Returns Requirements
To initiate a return:
- The request must be within 30 days of receipt.

Damaged Artworks Procedure
For damaged deliveries, please provide a photo of the damage to help us understand the issue with the shipment. Repackage insufficiently packaged items to the best of your ability and document for insurance purposes.
Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from receipt to request a return and an additional 14 days to complete it.
Non-Refundable Cases
